• Direct submissions and profile registrations by authorized merchant representatives

Because data may be compiled using automated or semi-automated directory indexing processes, some listings may not have been initially claimed directly by the enterprise owners.

2. Accuracy & Verification Disclaimer

While we strive for high accuracy, business details may change without our immediate knowledge (e.g., store relocations, updated telephone numbers, ownership transfers, or corporate dissolution). Therefore:

4. Notice for Business Owners & Listing Removal

If you identify your enterprise listed on our platform and wish to manage, update, or remove your data:

• You may request the immediate, permanent removal of your business listing by contacting our compliance desk via our Contact Page.

5. Marketplace & Merchant Products

Products, services, prices, promotional offers, and digital storefronts hosted on NexusPages are managed independently by member merchants. NexusPages serves as an interactive technical host:

• Contracts for sales, delivery, warranties, and payments occur directly between buyers and respective merchants.
• Blyxxa LLC does not take title to merchant inventory, does not handle product escrow, and disclaims all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Media Ownership & Copyright: All photos, logos, and product descriptions uploaded to store profiles remain the sole intellectual property of the submitting user. The user warrants that they possess all required rights and commercial licenses.
• Users may report abusive, fraudulent, or infringing items directly using the "Report Listing" button on any product detail view.

6. International Safe Harbors & Statutory Immunity

As an interactive computer service and online directory host, Blyxxa LLC benefits from established statutory protections across international jurisdictions:

• United States (47 U.S.C. § 230): In accordance with Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, NexusPages is an interactive computer service provider and is not legally liable as the publisher or speaker of information provided by third-party listing entities or merchants.
