AI Website Generation and Product Description Optimization

Two AI tools are available: a website generator that turns your saved business profile into a live single-page site, and a product optimizer that writes descriptions, specifications and FAQs. Both draw on the same AI credit balance.

What the AI website is #

The generator turns a saved business profile into a responsive, single-page HTML website. It includes the business identity, services, features, products, gallery, opening hours, contact details, FAQs and any available imported Google rating.

You do not write code. The system presents a preview, and you save the design or restore an earlier version.

Plan and credit rules #

Additional AI credits can be purchased when the balance reaches zero.

Why generation is closed on the Free plan #

There are three separate conditions, and all three must be true:

The product optimizer shares the same credit pool #

Credits are shared between website generation and product optimisation.

The 10 included credits can be spent on website generations, on product descriptions, or on a mixture of both — it is one shared balance, not two separate allowances.

Generation prerequisites #

• The business profile must be saved.
• At least one of Description, Services or Products must contain content.
• The plan must be Lite or Pro.
• The account must have at least one AI credit.

If content is missing, write two or three sentences in Description or publish one product, then try again.

Generation steps #

1. Open Edit Business at https://nexuspages.com/my-account?tab=edit-firm and save the profile.
2. Add and publish at least one product if products should appear.
3. Select Generate Website with AI.
4. Wait while the design is generated; do not submit repeated requests at the same time.
5. Review the preview.
6. Save the design for publication, or restore an earlier design from Previous Designs.

Only one background generation can run for the same business at a time. A preview is limited to the owner's own business and version records.

Data used by the generator #

Empty fields become empty sections. The generator formats your data; it does not correct inaccurate business facts.

Internationalization #

The generated site follows the business's selected country, including local currency, phone, address and location hierarchy. The platform serves 18 countries: US, GB, CA, AU, NZ, SG, AE, SA, QA, KW, ZA, IN, MY, PH, NG, KE, AZ and RU. Country detection is automatic and the country selector can override it.

On a Pro domain, the business can publish the AI site on its own .com, .net or .org domain, with DNS pointing to ns1.nexuspages.com.

What the product optimizer produces #

• A suggested product title
• A rich HTML description
• Technical specifications
• Five FAQs placed in the product's separate FAQ section

The FAQs are structured Q&A entries rather than text hidden inside the description, and they can be edited after generation.

Optimizer inputs #

Better feature details produce a more accurate result. The tool writes about the product and does not add your company name, address or telephone to the description.

Three tones #

The default is Sales/AIDA.

Length and credit map #

The target is a minimum; output may run modestly longer. Very long copy can be slower to read on mobile.

Editing and FAQ title synchronization #

Generated content is a draft. You can edit the title, description, technical details and FAQs before saving. Unsupported claims, certifications or guarantees must be removed unless they are true.

FAQ questions are generated against the product name used at generation time. If the product name changes later, existing FAQ titles may still mention the old name — edit them or regenerate against the final name. Generating before saving the final title prevents confusion.

Credit refund and rate limit #

The balance is checked before the request starts. If there are not enough credits, the operation does not begin. On an empty response, connection error or AI service error, the credits are returned immediately. Requests from the same user are accepted no more frequently than once every three seconds.

Frequently Asked Questions #

Why can't I generate a website on Free? #

Because of the plan, not a fault. AI website generation requires an active plan, a complete business profile and at least 1 AI credit. Free accounts get 0 credits; Lite and Pro get 10 each, and one generation consumes 1 credit. Free accounts can still maintain a directory profile and five active products.

Do website generations and product descriptions share the same credits? #

Yes — it is one shared balance. The 10 credits on Lite and Pro can be spent on website generations (1 credit each), on product descriptions (1–5 credits depending on target length), or on a mixture of both. A failed generation is refunded automatically.

Do I lose a credit if generation fails? #

No. A failed generation automatically refunds the credit.

Can I get an older design back? #

Yes. Previous Designs stores each generated version, and you can preview and restore an earlier version.

Which product tone should I choose? #

Use Sales for normal commerce, Technical for specialist or equipment products, and Friendly for handmade or neighbourhood-business products.

How many credits does the default 400-word description use? #

Two credits.

Can I edit AI copy? #

Yes. Everything remains editable after insertion into the product form. Review and remove any inaccurate claim.

Do the five FAQs appear inside the description? #

No. They are inserted into the separate FAQ section and can be edited there.
