This guide walks you through the eight steps that take a new account to a live business listing, a published product and a shareable QR code. It also answers the questions people in each of the 18 markets ask most often.
Step 1 — Register for free #
Where to click: the Get Started Free button on the home page → https://nexuspages.com/register.
| # | Field | What to enter |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Full Name | Your own first and last name |
| 2 | The address you will use for the platform. A verification email is sent here — check your spam folder if it does not arrive | |
| 3 | Country / Phone Code | Select your country. The system normalises your number for that country |
| 4 | Phone | With the country code, for example +1 415 555 2671 |
| 5 | Company / Organisation (optional) | The trading name of your business |
| 6 | Password | At least 8 characters, with at least one letter and one number. Maximum 50 characters |
| 7 | Confirm Password | The same password again |
| 8 | Security check (captcha) | If the screen asks "3 + 5 = ?", type the answer |
| 9 | Referral (partner) code (optional) | Filled in automatically if you arrived through an affiliate link; you can also change it manually |
| 10 | Terms of Service and Privacy Policy consent | Required |
What happens:
- Your account is opened automatically on the Lite plan with one full year of access. You do not need to pay anything, and no card is charged.
- A verification email is sent to your address.
- A business record is created in a pending state, waiting for you to complete the details.
- You are taken to your dashboard.
Step 2 — Verify your email address #
Where to click: the link in the verification email in your inbox.
What happens:
- Your account is marked as verified.
- Claiming an existing listing does not happen automatically until you have verified. If your business is already in the directory, the claim is checked against your verified email address.
- If the email does not arrive: check the spam or junk folder first, then use the resend button. If it still does not come, open a support ticket.
Step 3 — Fill in your business information #
Where to click: the dashboard → Edit Business tab.
| Field | Recommendation |
|---|---|
| Business Name | The name your customers will search for |
| Category | The closest matching category. This affects how you appear in search and category pages |
| City / District | Pick the right ones — in the 18 markets the hierarchy differs. Getting this right puts you in front of local buyers |
| Address | A full, readable address. The map location is filled in from it |
| Phone | With the country code |
| Working Hours | Weekday and weekend hours can be entered separately |
| Logo / Cover Image | Makes the profile look professional |
| Business Description | Two or three sentences: what you do and what makes you different |
| Services / Products | List what you offer |
- The information is saved and your directory profile is updated.
- The profile becomes structured for search engines, which helps them read it.
- The profile becomes eligible for trust badge verification, where you can upload documents.
Step 4 — Generate your AI website #
Where to click: the AI Website link on the dashboard overview screen, or the AI design tool.
What happens:
- The site is generated in seconds by AI: a modern single-page design, mobile-friendly, on fast server-rendered infrastructure.
- Your business information is inserted automatically — you do not paste it in yourself.
- Your site address depends on your plan. Lite users get a platform address; Pro users connect their own domain (
.com,.netor.org) with nameservers pointing atns1.nexuspages.com.
AI design credits #
| Detail | Value |
|---|---|
| Credits included on Lite and Pro | 10 |
| Cost of one full redesign | 1 credit |
| Design history | You can return to a previous version for free at any time |
| If generation fails | The credit is refunded to your account |
Step 5 — Open your store #
Where to click: the dashboard → Store Settings tab.
What to do:
- Set the store status switch to on. The status badge then reads Open & Published.
- Enter your store WhatsApp order line — orders arrive there.
- Use the web widget synchronisation to connect your storefront to your website.
- Your store link is ready:
| Where | Address |
|---|---|
| Storefront on the main site | https://nexuspages.com/p/{store-slug} |
| Store on your AI site (Lite and Pro) | a /store page on your site |
| Store on your own domain (Pro with a connected domain) | yourdomain.com/store |
What happens:
- Customers can find your store and place orders.
- Orders come straight to you, with no intermediary and 0% commission.
Step 6 — Add your products #
Where to click: the dashboard → Products tab → Add New Product button, or the Add New Product quick-action card on the overview screen.
| Field | Note |
|---|---|
| Product Name | A clear title customers will search for |
| Description | Rich text. You can generate it with the AI optimizer |
| Price | The sale price. Leave it blank and the button asks the customer to request the price |
| Currency | Defaults to your country's currency |
| Images | Up to 5 files in PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF. Alt text is required for each one |
| Category | At least one marketplace category is required |
| Stock status and quantity | In stock, limited stock or out of stock. Limited stock requires a quantity of at least 1 |
| Item condition | New or used |
| Payment methods | Cash on delivery, pay in person, bank transfer, card |
| WhatsApp Order Phone | A product-specific order line, if you want one |
| Online Payment / Purchase Link | Your secure checkout link, if you have one |
- The product is saved as a draft by default, so it never appears publicly by accident. You switch it to published yourself.
- On the Free plan you can have 5 active products at the same time. Lite and Pro allow unlimited.
- If you move a product to the trash, you can restore it within 7 days using the Undo link.
- An AI-optimised description makes the product easier to find in the marketplace.
Step 7 — Download your QR code #
Where to click: the dashboard overview screen or the QR and NFC tools for your business. QR and NFC tools are available on every plan, including Free.
What happens:
- A QR code and an NFC tag are generated for your business.
- A storefront poster is prepared, ready to hang in front of your shop.
- A customer who scans it lands on your profile or store.
- You can also generate social media promo images for Instagram and Facebook.
Step 8 — Start sharing #
Where to click: the dashboard → Analytics tab to watch your numbers, and the promo image tool for social media assets.
Sharing channels:
- QR code on your door, sign, packaging or receipt
- WhatsApp Status and WhatsApp messages
- Instagram and Facebook promo images
- Your Google Business profile link
- Share your catalogue or price list
Tracking:
- The Analytics tab tracks WhatsApp clicks, phone calls, directions clicks, profile views and conversion activity.
- The KPI cards on the overview screen give an instant summary.

Country-specific questions #
Which countries do you operate in? #
The platform serves 18 countries — every country except Turkey:
| # | Code | Country | # | Code | Country |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | US | United States | 10 | KW | Kuwait |
| 2 | GB | United Kingdom | 11 | ZA | South Africa |

| 8 | SA | Saudi Arabia | 17 | AZ | Azerbaijan |
| 9 | QA | Qatar | 18 | RU | Russia |
How much does it cost in my country? #
The published plan price is Free $0 · Lite $15/year · Pro $49/year — always in USD. All subscription payments are charged in USD through Stripe Checkout, and your card issuer converts the amount at their own rate. Tax-ID collection is available globally, but no country-specific VAT is calculated by the platform, so your final statement amount may differ slightly because of your bank's conversion and fees.
A product price can be set in 14 currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, TRY, AED, SAR, INR, CHF, JPY, SGD, NZD and ZAR — but the subscription is always USD.
How do I write my phone number in my country? #
Use the dial code + digit count for the country. The platform normalises to E.164 and never forces a Turkish prefix on a foreign number.
| Code | Dial | Digits (min/max) | Example |
|---|---|---|---|
| 🇺🇸 US | +1 | 10 / 11 | +1 415 555 2671 |
| 🇬🇧 GB | +44 | 10 / 11 | +44 20 7946 0958 |

0 (and RU drops the trunk 8). GB, US, CA, IN and SG keep their national form as typed.
Can I list in more than one country? #
Not as separate country listings. The country picker isolates stores and marketplace products: a business, store and its products belong to a single country, and the country's selection determines the location hierarchy, the phone code and the default currency.
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Can one account hold listings in several countries? | Not as separate country listings |
| What does the country choice change? | The location hierarchy, the phone code and digit rule, and the default currency |
| Can I change my country later? | Yes — the country selector lets you switch |
| Can I open a second store in another country? | Not as a separate country listing. The store inherits the business's country |
| What if my business genuinely operates in two countries? | List the primary country, and add the second location as a branch or describe it in the description and services |
| Are store and product listings mixed between countries? | No. The country picker keeps a country's stores and products separate from the other markets |
How many businesses are in my country? #
That figure is not published, and it is better not to estimate one. Browse the platform's own directories instead — https://nexuspages.com/stores, https://nexuspages.com/showcase and https://nexuspages.com/businesses — or open a support ticket.
| Situation | What to do |
|---|---|
| "How many businesses are in my country?" | Offer the platform directories or support |
| "How many businesses are in my city?" | Same — no count is published |
| "Is my country the biggest market?" | No per-country ranking is published |
| "How many products are listed?" | Same — no published count |
Is my country supported? #
Yes — if it is one of the 18. Turkey is not supported here — it is served by esnafsiteleri.com. Any other country is not currently listed; there is no waitlist published, so route a partnership request to the contact page. Registration is still available, but the country-specific location data is not loaded for it.
Which languages does the site support? #
The platform interface is English only. What is multilingual is the AI-generated customer site, which can be produced in English, Spanish, German and Arabic. The chat assistant answers in your own language.
| Surface | Language support |
|---|---|
| The platform interface (dashboard, forms, settings) | English only |
| The legal pages | English only |
| The AI-generated website | Can be generated in EN, ES, DE, AR |
| The chat assistant | Answers in your own language |
| The help centre | Available in multiple languages |
Can I get support in my language? #
The chat assistant answers in your own language. The support team works in English, and there is an 18-language pack for the assistant. For anything that needs a human, open a ticket — the team reviews messages within 24–48 business hours (office hours 09:00–18:00 US Eastern Time).
| Channel | Language |
|---|---|
| Help centre | Available in multiple languages |
| Support ticket | The team works in English |
Email contact@blyxxa.com | The team works in English |
Phone +1 505 464 2448 | The team works in English, 09:00–18:00 US Eastern Time |
Geographic coverage and neighbourhood-level information #
Detailed neighbourhood-level listings may be limited in select territories; country, state or province, and major city directories remain fully active and searchable.
| Code | Country | Records | Generic share | Generic pattern |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 🇳🇬 NG | Nigeria | 37 states | 31 of 37 | "X City" |
| 🇰🇪 KE | Kenya | 47 counties | 39 of 47 | "X Town" |

| 🇲🇾 MY | Malaysia | 16 states | 12 of 16 | "X City" |
| 🇮🇳 IN | India | 36 states | 24 of 36 | Generic (e.g. "Assam Central") |
https://nexuspages.com/locations/{CC} to see what is available, or open a support ticket and we will identify the right record for you.Country detection order #
| # | Detection source | Example |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Cloudflare IP | Country header |
| 2 | Country code header | |
| 3 | Geolocation country header | |
| 4 | Browser language region code | en-GB → GB, ar-AE → AE |
| 5 | Language prefix | ru → RU, az → AZ, ar → AE / QA / KW (default SA), ms → MY, tl / fil → PH, hi → IN, sw → KE, en → US |
| 6 | Configured default country | |
| 7 | Fallback: US |
es, pt, fr, de, zh, ja, ko, it, nl, id, vi and th — map to no country, so those visitors fall back to US. A language alone never determines a country.
Rules that are identical in every country #

Frequently Asked Questions #
How long does the setup take? #
About half an hour for everything, including your first product and your QR code. The AI website itself is generated in seconds.Do I need a card to start? #
No. There is no card requirement, and registration grants a full year of Lite automatically. Why is my product not showing? #
It is probably still a draft, the store may be closed, or the listing may be waiting for moderation. Check the Products tab and the Store Settings status. Can I change my country later? #
Yes. The country selector lets you switch, and it determines your currency and the location hierarchy used for your listings. Can I get a website on my own domain? #
On Pro. You connect a.com, .net or .org domain and point the nameservers at ns1.nexuspages.com. Lite uses a platform address.
Can I try it before paying? #
There is nothing to try — the Free plan runs indefinitely and Lite is granted for the first year. You decide later whether to keep a paid plan.Which countries do you cover? #
18 countries: US, GB, CA, AU, NZ, SG, AE, SA, QA, KW, ZA, IN, MY, PH, NG, KE, AZ and RU. Each country has its own location hierarchy labels, phone numbering plan and currency. Turkey is served by esnafsiteleri.com, the sister platform.Does the site work in my language? #
The platform interface is English only — the dashboard, forms and legal pages. What is multilingual is your AI-generated customer site, which can be produced in English, Spanish, German and Arabic. The chat assistant here answers in your own language. If you need the platform itself in Turkish, that is esnafsiteleri.com.How much does it cost in my country? #
The published price is in USD — Free $0, Lite $15/year, Pro $49/year. Your card issuer converts the amount at their own rate, and the platform sets no exchange rate. No country-specific VAT is calculated, so your final statement amount may differ slightly because of your bank's conversion and fees. How many businesses are in my country? #
That figure is not published, and it is better not to estimate one. You can browse the platform's own directories instead:https://nexuspages.com/stores for storefronts, https://nexuspages.com/showcase for featured businesses and https://nexuspages.com/businesses for the full directory.
Can I list in more than one country? #
Not as separate country listings — the country picker keeps a business, its store and its products in one country, which then determines the location hierarchy, the phone code and the default currency. You can change the country at any time with the selector, and for a second location you can add a branch or describe it in your description and services. My town is not in the city list — why? #
It may exist under a generic label. The location data for PH, IN, MY, NG and KE is partly generic. Browsehttps://nexuspages.com/locations/{CC} to see what is available, or open a support ticket and we will identify the right record for you.
